Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Guernsey, and Ireland.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders the next business day after they are placed. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery Methods & Times

Once dispatched, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location:

  • United Kingdom: Royal Mail Tracked 24, Royal Mail Tracked 48 or DPD — availability depends on your region. Estimated delivery is 1–2 business days (Tracked 24 / DPD) or 2–3 business days (Tracked 48) after dispatch.
  • Ireland: Shipped via Yodel only. Estimated delivery is 3-4 business days business days after dispatch.
  • Guernsey: Shipped via Royal Mail only. Estimated delivery is 1–2 business days (Tracked 24) or 2–3 business days (Tracked 48) after dispatch.

Please note these are estimated delivery times once your order has left our warehouse, and do not include our next-day dispatch time.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout dependent on your location and option chosen. We offer Free Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery on orders over £30, as well as Free Royal Mail Tracked 24 Delivery on orders over £65.

Delays

While we make every effort to dispatch and deliver orders within the timeframes above, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather, or high demand periods (e.g. Christmas), which are outside our control.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to make changes once an order has been dispatched, and we cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly provided address. You may be charged for a new item as well as postage costs.
